Hi, I'm Ciara.
I've worked in interior design for 27 years, helping people create homes that feel right for their lives. Through Drennan Interiors, which I run with my sister Gemma, I've seen how even small layout decisions can make a huge difference.
Review My Plans is a focused way to bring that experience to your project, wherever you are in Ireland. I'll give your drawings a fresh, practical look and share the changes I believe are worth considering before you build.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to have an architect already?
This service is designed for people who already have house plans to review. I offer interior layout feedback, not architectural design or planning applications.
Will you change my architect's drawings?
I'll annotate your plans by hand and may sketch suggested reconfigurations. Your architect or relevant qualified professional should assess and incorporate any agreed changes into the official drawings.
Can your drawings be used by a builder?
No. My mark-ups are design suggestions only, not construction drawings. They must be reviewed and, where appropriate, translated into construction documents by your architect or engineer before any work is carried out.
Do you check planning or building regulations?
No. The review does not include structural, engineering, planning or building-regulations compliance checks.
What if my house is larger than 300 m² or commercial?
Please get in touch with the plans and project details, and I'll provide a separate quote.
How soon will I receive my review?
The target is within one week after I've received your plans, questionnaire and completed our call. If you have a deadline, mention it in your enquiry.
